On July 2, 2014, the Washington County Gay Straight Alliance, Inc. was determined to be exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the WCGSA are tax deductible under section 170 of the Code. We are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code and have been determined to be a public charity. Charitable donations to the Washington County Gay Straight Alliance, Inc. (WCGSA) are accepted in our name at 59 East Strawberry Avenue, Washington, PA 15301
